Is there a creature that inhabits the waters of Loch Ness? 12-year-old Haley is stuck on her father’s research expedition that aims to answer that question once and for all. Grieving from the unexpected loss of her mother at sea, Haley escapes the ship to set sail to find her and suddenly finds herself face-to-snout with the Loch Ness Monster. Discovering that “Nessie” has also been separated from her mother, the two embark on an epic quest to reunite with the family they’ve lost in this larger-than-life musical adventure.

    A.D. is a playwright and lyricist living in New York. He co-wrote with Marshall the Off Broadway musical, Who’s Your Baghdaddy? or how i started the iraq war, which was a NY Times Critic’s Pick, and the Australian production of which is now available on BroadwayHD.   • Nicholas Mahon

    Puppet Designer

    Nicholas Mahon is an Emmy nominated puppet and theatrical designer specializing in performer interactive pieces and character creation. Since 2004 he has worked on projects for Michael Curry Design, Walt Disney Entertainment, Universal Studios, The Jim Henson Company, Blue Man Group and many more. Most recent projects include Sesame Street Television (2013-present), Mother Of The Nation (Abu Dhabi 2016), Islamic Solidarity Games Opening Ceremony (Baku 2017) and 2018 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony (Pyeonchang). His work on the Baku 2015 European Games Opening Ceremony as Scenic Designer was nominated for a Daytime Emmy.

    Choreographer

    Misha Shields is a theater choreographer working in the New York and Boston areas. She is a Chita Rivera Award Nominee for Best Choreography for her work in the Off-Broadway production of, BAGHDADDY, and winner of the BroadwayWorld CNY Award for Best Choreography For A Professional Production for her work in, LOCH NESS. Some recent credit highlights include, PRIVATE GOMER JONES (Goodspeed Opera House, workshop), LOCH NESS (The Rev Theater), ONCE (Bucks County Playhouse), BAGHDADDY (St. Luke's Theater), WONDERLAND (Atlantic Theater Company), WITCH, I WAS MOST ALIVE WITH YOU, & YERMA (Huntington Theatre). Misha loves storytelling through movement and strives to find moments of comedy, dramatic simplicity, and surprise through her work. The Boston Globe states that Misha's choreography for Company One's production of VIETGONE, is "...one of the funniest fight sequences I’ve ever seen onstage.", and BroadwayWorld calls Misha's work, "beautiful" and "innovative". Whether it is a small play, huge musical, or original dance piece, Misha connects actors to their bodies and taps them into their characters through movement and body awareness. She loves crafting a unique physical language for every show to sculpt the arch of the production through what is unspoken.   • Carl D. White

    Carl D. White is a Tony Award-winning theatre producer and general manager, who began his career at the age of eighteen, when he founded the acclaimed Golden Theatre in Los Angeles in 1987. Following his tenure at The Golden, Carl worked for MCA/Universal Pictures and legendary producer/agent Stevie Phillips. He quickly followed that position with an Associate Company Manager on the pre-Broadway tour of the musical BUSKER ALLEY by the Sherman Brothers (celebrated composers of many Disney musicals, including MARY POPPINS), which was produced by the infamous producing team, Barry and Fran Weissler (of CHICAGO and WAITRESS). Following BUSKER, Carl then became the Producing Associate for producers David Stone and Amy Nederlander on their highly acclaimed productions of FULL GALLOP; THE SANTALAND DIARIES and THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK starring Natalie Portman.

  • Gregory Rae

    Gregory Rae is a Tony Award-winning producer based in New York. His theatrical credits include THE LIGHTNING THIEF: THE PERCY JACKSON MUSICAL, THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG, ALLEGIANCE, HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH (2014 Tony Award), A TIME TO KILL, KINKY BOOTS (2013 Tony Award, 2016 Olivier Award), CLYBOURNE PARK (2012 Tony Award), BARE (off-Broadway), and THE NORMAL HEART (2011 Tony Award). He is an executive producer of the films VIRGIN TERRITORY, HELLO AGAIN, THE GOLDFISH, CLUTTER, THE MUSLIMS ARE COMING, HELLO AGAIN, and co-executive producer of THE GREEN. He joined Carl White as a partner in Martian Entertainment LLC in 2013.

    Gregory graduated from Harvey Mudd College in 2000 with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, and received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Manhattanville College in 2014. He worked at Google as a software engineer in charge of log analysis until 2006. After leaving Google, he got involved in politics as one of the national leaders of Living Liberally, and has advised several campaigns for marriage equality around the country. In 2008, he was the technical lead for the No On Proposition 8 campaign in California, and in 2010 he served as treasurer of Fight Back New York, a political action committee that successfully targeted three New York state senators who had voted against marriage equality. Rae is the President of the Harvey Mudd College Alumni Association, and a board member of the Broad Stage. He is an emeritus board member of The Tank and Harvey Mudd College, and previously served on the board of The Production Farm. He is a full member of The Broadway League.

  • Mark Schwartz

    MARK SCHWARTZ is a Tony Award winning theatrical producer who has enjoyed a 40 year career in theatre production, at the Broadway Level.

    He has been a Tony award voter for 28 years, and a member of the League of American theatre owners and producers, who embody the voting constituency for the awards.

    He has been one of the lead producer's on over 20 Broadway productions which have been nominated for over 40 Tony awards.

    Some of the productions he has produced which have won the coveted Tony award, are "NINE" starring Raul Julia (5 Tonys including best musical) "MY ONE AND ONLY", starring Tommy Tune and Twiggy ( 4 Tonys), "LA CAGE AUX FOLLES" (6 Tonys including best musical), "Zorba" starring Anthony Quinn, the Tony nominated production of "Dream" starring Leslie Ann Warren", both the Broadway and West End productions of "JACKIE" (the life and times of Jaqueline Kennedy Onassis) both the Off-Broadway and West End productions of the critically acclaimed "HEADWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH", EPIC PROPORTIONS, (Starring Christen Chenoweth) the off-Broadway productions of "MENOPAUSE THE MUSICAL", (played for 8 years in NYC) and both the New York and West End productions of "SHOUT" (the mod musical).
